On September 26-27, 2018, we held a training seminar for our dealer OOO TC Bioprodtorg. During the seminar we showed how Profiber works in meat products, cottage cheese and curd fillings, bread and confectionery products. After the presentation of the possibilities of Profiber we set up a tasting of the products that were made with it. Tasters were satisfied :)
